In addition to the CE program, our new unit design incorporated student feedback to show students what engaged behavior looks like. The units were designed using the UbD process.

An innovative business leader

In 2007 I founded Speed Soccer LLC. It started as a one man show with me coaching teams in the Northern Valley Soccer club (NVSC) and providing individual and small group training for players of all ages and abilities. We quickly grew to an organization that (to this day) provides all training services for the recreational programs in the Northern half of the Northern Valley, as well as training services for the NVSC. As a way of maintaining high quality training sessions for all teams, I developed a 4 step training curriculum which takes a unique twist on training, aimed at targeting bigger ideas and creating transfer from training to games.
In addition to curriculum development for staff to utilize, I developed a series of videos for players to workout on their own in a home development format. |
